We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Return Window (U.S. & Canada)
You may request a return within 20 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number)
How to Start a Return
- Email info@focusflowhome.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval and process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Changed mind / no longer needed: customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Damaged/defective/incorrect item: we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund (photo proof required).
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label (if available)
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Used items or items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
