We offer free tracked shipping on every order shipping to Canada and the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • After processing, your order is handed to the carrier and tracking is emailed to you.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing.

  • Canada: 5-14 business days
  • United States: 3-6 business days

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking.
  • Please allow 24–72 hours after shipping for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address / Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with household members, your concierge/front desk, and any secure locations at your address.
  2. Check for a carrier notice (email/SMS) or a photo of delivery if available.
  3. Contact the carrier for the fastest resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For cross-border shipments (especially U.S. → Canada), duties and taxes may be charged by local authorities. Any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
